Thank you for supporting Helianthus Watches. We take pride in crafting and delivering high-quality timepieces and merchandise. Below you'll find important details about our shipping process, including timelines, costs, and delivery information.

1. Order Processing Time

Custom Orders:

  • Each custom timepiece is made-to-order. Please allow 4–8 weeks for design, assembly, and quality control before shipment.

  • If your design requires rare components or additional customization, we will notify you of extended timelines.

Waitlist Watches

  • Waitlisted timepieces are made-to-order. Please allow 4–8 weeks for design, assembly, and quality control before shipment.

Signature Builds & Merchandise:

  • In-stock items such as and some watches apparel typically ship within 3–5 business days.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Methods & Rates

United States:

  • Standard shipping is available via USPS or UPS and typically delivers in 2–7 business days depending on your location.

  • Shipping is free on orders over $150 maybe available for certain orders.

International Shipping:

  • We ship to select international countries. Delivery times vary by region and may range from 1–3 weeks.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes charged by your country.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

3. Tracking Your Order

All watch orders include tracking. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking info to update after your order has shipped.

4. Delays & Exceptions

While we work hard to ship all orders on time, occasional delays can occur due to:

  • High order volume

  • Carrier disruptions (e.g., weather, holidays)

  • Supply chain challenges for custom components

We will contact you directly if your order is significantly delayed.

5. Incorrect Addresses & Lost Packages

Please double-check your shipping information before placing an order.
We are not responsible for items lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If a package is marked “delivered” but cannot be found, please contact the carrier directly.

Return Policy

At Helianthus Watches, we want you to love your timepiece. While each piece is made with care and attention to detail, we understand that sometimes returns are necessary. Please review our policy below.

1. Custom Watches and Apparel – Final Sale

All custom watches and apparel items (including t-shirts, long-sleeves, and other merchandise) are non-refundable and non-returnable. These products are made to order and personalized specifically for you, and as such, all sales are final.

We encourage you to review your design details carefully before placing a custom order. If there is an issue with craftsmanship or damage upon arrival, please contact us immediately at [insert your email] so we can make it right.

2. Signature Watches – 90-Day Return Window

We accept returns for Signature Build watches (non-custom) within 90 days of delivery. To qualify for a return:

  • The watch must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.

  • A proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email) is required.

Return Process:

  2. We will provide return instructions and a return shipping address.

  3. Once the item is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a product defect or fulfillment error.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the issue. We will work quickly to repair, replace, or refund the item as appropriate.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like to exchange a Signature Build watch, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
